Highlights

  • While bootstrapping our first site, the idea was to focus on hunting for deals. It was like finding a fish in a vast ocean. Just like in *Finding Nemo*, our journey to launch our first mobile site began.
  • Leading product prototyping and localization is an exciting task, especially when gaining insights into Arabic UX and interface preferences.
  • Next, I focus on the operational rules and SOPs, which are crucial for aligning everyone and ensuring we move towards our goals together.
  • Sample selling helped us establish a smooth business workflow, which is great! However, the self built logistics is the true force driving long-term growth. So, I focus on developing that.
  • Sales are soaring, but we've hit a snag: our delivery success rate is taking a hit due to cash-on-delivery payments and underdeveloped local infrastructure. Luckily, I found a solution.
